Personal Training

At Hybrid Gym, we’re not just a gym. When you sign up with us, you get matched with a personal trainer based on your goals and your current fitness level. Your trainer will work with you one-on-one, creating a custom workout plan and providing ongoing support to help you reach your goals.

Boxing Classes

Our Boxing and Muay-Thai kickboxing classes are taught by world-class coaches in a fun and friendly environment. Whether you’re looking to learn self-defense, improve your fitness, or train for competition, our classes will help you reach your goals. Together we work on proper boxing technique, kicking technique, shadow boxing drills, 1-on-1 mitt work, bag work, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) so you can get amazing results in the fastest time possible. We cap all classes at 6 participants for a personalized group training experience. Burn over 500 calories per class!

Workout Recovery

After a hard workout, it’s important to recover in order to prevent injury and optimize your results properly. Our gym is equipped with top-of-the-line technology, including Normatec compression boots, Theragun treatments, sports massages, and more.
