Expert trainers

At this point you will be paired with one of our expert trainers who will work with your schedule and map out a plan to achieve your goals optimally. They will guide you through a movement screening, body composition scan and lifestyle assessment to understand your current level of fitness and health.

After the assessment, we’ll work with you to set realistic and achievable goals, whether it’s weight loss, building muscle, or improving overall health and wellness.

What to Expect

Our personal training packages are specifically designed to help you reach your goals as fast as possible – whether that means burning fat, building muscle, or simply improving your health and general wellbeing.

Step 1:
Book a visit

This is an opportunity for you to check out the HYBRID facility, meet our elite personal trainers and for us learn more about your individual health and fitness goals.  This consultation is a conversation where we can highlight what happens at Hybrid, what we can do for you, and show you the costs for our programs.

Step 2:
Your First Training Session

You will be paired with a HYBRID Personal Trainer best suited to help you achieve your specific goals. During your first session, we will be analyzing the current status of your nutrition, lifestyle habits, training, history & overall health. You will undergo mobility and fitness assessment, a body composition scan, progress pictures and a short workout. From there your coach will develop your fully customized nutrition and training plan.

Step 3:

Let’s get to work! You’ll be training directly 1:1 with your HYBRID personal trainer 2-4 times per week and speaking to them daily about your daily meals, sleep, cravings and other lifestyle habits to ensure we reach your goals. Part of the Hybrid process includes bi-weekly body composition scans to measure progress, lifestyle and nutrition tracking to monitor adherence, supplemental and recovery advice to accelerate your body’s regeneration, as well as resistance training to improve your strength, performance, and aesthetics!

Your HYBRID Personal Trainer will continue to adjust and optimize your plan, as needed, for the entirety of your program to ensure we achieve your goals.
