Ready

Before training begins at Hybrid, you will go through an initial consultation that provides an opportunity for you to understand what the Hybrid process can deliver and how it can be tailored to support the specific needs for you to achieve your health and fitness goals. Once we have established your needs and the timeframe you would like results by, you will be paired with a Hybrid coach that will be best suited to your unique goals. (An introduction to your coach will be made via email before booking your first session together.)

Get Set

The first session will take approximately 60-90 minutes and begins with a discussion led by your Hybrid coach who will inquire about your nutrition and lifestyle habits, training history, current and past injuries, and more. Next, your body fat and/or circumference measurements will be taken along with your initial “before” pictures — this is a necessary part in gauging your progress within the program. From here, you will then transition into a movement and mobility assessment, before completing a short introductory workout for your Hybrid coach to see you in action, which will give them a chance to see you in action so they are able to create a comprehensive training plan to get you in the best shape of your life.

Go!

This is where the fun begins! With your specific goals, and timeframe in mind, your Hybrid coach will implement a plan that will ensure you achieve them, optimally. Part of the Hybrid process includes bi-weekly body composition measurements to gauge progress, lifestyle and nutrition tracking to monitor adherence, supplemental and recovery advice to accelerate your body’s regeneration, as well as resistance training to improve your strength, performance, and aesthetics. The Hybrid process is simple and comprehensive, and our coaches put their best into each session to ensure you get the most benefit in and out of the gym.

All Hybrid Personal Training programs come with a dedicated coach who will design your bespoke training program, provide nutrition guidance and tailored supplement protocols, ongoing body composition analysis, as well as access to our award-winning TrackMyTraining Hybrid app.
